Currently the auto-generated macro 'BODY' assumes that the output is always going to be HTML. I suspect this because it begins that macro with

 <!-- Generated by Ddoc from $(TITLE).d -->

which is an HTML style comment.

Maybe this comment should be moved to the DDOC macro definition instead?
