Anyone can help me with this?

FPXMLCap+FPXMLcap_bn+C:\d\jic\lib\misc+C:\d\jic\lib\FPSDK+C:\d\jic\lib\FPSDK_bn+C:\d\jic\lib\misc_bn,FPXMLCap.exe,,user32+kernl32,FPXMLCap.def/noi;
Can't run 'C:\dmd\bin\..\..\dm\bin\link.exe', check PATH

Somehow, the new dmd.146.zip does not have link.exe included.  I have other machines that have them.  Where do I download them from?

forgot to install the utilities.  I haven't done it in so long that I had forgotten it. :-(  My apologies.
