Posted in reply to BCS | http://www.open-std.org/JTC1/SC22/WG14/www/docs/n1124.pdf Look for Annex D... "Universal alphas are as defined in ISO/IEC 9899:1999(E) Appendix D." -[Unknown] > Does anyone have a link to a definition of universal alpha as used in the DMD > docs? > > (see: http://www.digitalmars.com/d/lex.html#identifier) > > |

Posted in reply to Chris Miller | Thanks, I'll take a look.
BTW: after googleing for ["universal alpha" UTF] and filtering out the false+s *everything* left was referencing D. Now what does that say?
In article <op.tackd4egpo9bzi@moe>, Chris Miller says...

This clause lists the hexadecimal code values that are valid in universal character names in identifiers." Then I took that list, and generated a D program to print all of them: http://www.algonet.se/~afb/d/universalalphas/universalalphas.d --anders |
