The long-awaited RC2D utility is here!  This improves D integration with Windows by extracting #defines from a resource file and putting them in a D module.  (Technically, RC2D isn't part of SDWF, but it made most sense to bundle it in the package.)

Of course, it would be silly if an SDWF update didn't include any updates to SDWF itself.  The big addition of this version is the ImageList class.  Along with the stuff in TreeView to make use of it. So now you can display icons in a tree-view control!

Also new in this version are facilities to support scrolling with the keyboard or a mouse wheel.
