Is std.perf just undocumented because of the doxygen thing, or is it not an official part of Phobos? I couldn't google-fu the answer.

Honestly, I think its just an oversight. D's perf module is actually a port, however, of a C++ library (STLSoft:WinSTL). The best I can recommend is to examine the D source (dmd/src/phobos/std/perf.d) and the documentation for the C++ version:

I see, that explains the doxygen doc. It seems that ddoc can deal with doxygen in a reasonable way though. Initially I thought it might be like recls, still shipped with phobos but not really a part of it as I understand.
