Redid string handling with Unicode support
Support for using wx-config.exe on Windows
Merge changes / share code with new wx.NET
Support for the DSSS (and bu[il]d) systems*

http://wxd.sourceforge.net/

This release fixes the string handling bugs
that have been plaguing wxD, and supports
both ANSI and UNICODE builds of wxWidgets.

Support for building with wxWidgets 2.8.0
will come in next wxD version, so this one
still uses the old wxWidgets 2.6.3 release.

*
The support for Bud is very limited, mostly
added a few patches from DSSS (and FreeBSD).
The Makefiles are _the_ supported wxD way of
building, but help with others is appreciated.
And now there is wx-config support for Windows
too, along with the other helpers (now in C++)
See details at http://wxconfig.googlepages.com/
You only need to set up vars $WXWIN and $WXCFG.

Tested OK on Mac OS X, Linux, FreeBSD, XP.
Works with GDC 0.21 and DMD 1.00 compilers.

Next release should hopefully be Beta 1...
(depending on the wx 2.8 and STC progress,
and the pending wxD support for SDL/GL/etc)
Development code is available through CVS.

PS.
This release also sees the return of the
wx.NET project, that are doing wx for C#.
