July 17, 2007 Building up-to-date gdc on OS X | ||||

Hello, I'm very interested in the D language and I tried working with gdc 0.23. Unfortunately with this version has many bugs and sometimes my programs crash unexpexctedly (well, I'm used to programs crashing but obviously these issues are caused by the compiler). My problem is I only have a PowerPC Mac (Actually, an iBook G4 with OS 10.4.10) so I cannot use the DMD compiler, and I have not so much time to deal with experimentation on building gdc. So, could someone explain step by step how to build an up-to-date distribution of gdc on mac os x, please ? Thanks in advance. (Excuse me for my not-so-good english, it's not my mother tongue) |
