This page starts with "D is a fully garbage collected language."

This is a bad message for people looking at D's memory management offering. The page should state, very clearly, in the first sentence that D supports more than garbage collection, and provide examples and links.

(I know we have other pages that describe our manual management solutions, but someone idly Googling "D garbage collection" may land here and discard D immediately without further investigation).
