Building dmd on windows has a long story on the forum :)
One guy made the detailed instruction, but unfortunately I can’t find it :(
Make could be installed from dmc, or better from msys64.

That's concerning, it's frustrating that people make breaking changes and don't bother updating the instruction on how to build it
I did a pass to remove the mention of druntime repo, but i'm not sure that's enough, i don't understand this guide
On Windows I have always used the Solution file to build it.
