This seems to happen more often lately for dmd built executables with the DigitalMars C runtime. Seems to be better when using the MS runtime. Please try this version:

After installing, turns out some D components are also harassed by Avast and need to be restored from quarantine and added to exception list.

This is what usually happens. But most of the time the user has to manually allow them to upload the file to them. Analysis takes up to 23h then
