The DMC has traditionally often been wrongly classified. The best way to proceed is to upload the binary yourself to the virus scanner in your usage as (1) there are way too many (>70) that the D Dev team could keep track of and (2) the vendors of Antivirus programs trust their users (and multiple submissions) much more than one from the vendor.
@ all: there have been dozens of these posts in the past. Please, please try to contribute a tiny bit yourself and submit the binary for whitelisting! It takes less time than writing a post here...

It might be a good idea to have a sticky post somewhere on the web site titled "Is your Anti-Virus flagging DMD? Read this: (link to whitelisting instructions on wiki)."
