Visual D: syntax highlighting in token string

The tokens inside token strings (q{}) are syntax-highlighted differently to tokens outside of token strings. Is there an option to disable this somehow (have the same colours for tokens inside and out of token strings?)

You can define the colors the same in "Tools->Options->Environment->Fonts and Colors". Look for Colors starting with "Visual D Token String".
