1. Just noticed there doesn't seem to be any "major" releases scheduled for D?

I'm not saying we must have major releases, just that sometimes for example focusing on certain PRs might be easier if we have a time frame to consider.

2a. Do we have any management system other than Bugzilla?

Or maybe the question is rather:
2b.How do we prioritize what should be done?

Every 2.xx.0 version is a "major" release.

Prioritization of Bugzilla issues and pull requests are now in the wheelhouse of our PR managers.

As for anything higher level, stay tuned.

I think what Imperatorn means that not everything that needs to be done is fixing bugs. What is needed is a more comprehensive management system for example Jira. This includes tickets for actions that needs to be done, dependencies, time plan etc.

A big project like D needs this in order to track all the work. It also serves as a viewing board so that people can see and get an overview about the work that needs to be performed.

The core devs were using Trello a while back. Don't know if they still are.
