Okay so I'm (sadly) used to every ~10th forum.dlang.org web request to take something like 10-15 seconds to get a response (while the other ~9 are instantaneous). But the last couple of days, the Wiki is hardly usable (editing last night took > 1 minute for the page to reload), and Travis CI is not infrequently dying because fetching https://[nightlies.]dlang.org/install.sh takes too long.

Are these problems known and worked on?

forum.dlang.org isn't on the dlang.org server, I think Vladimir Panteleev runs the server for it (and for the wiki).
