I am having trouble trying to run Empire using DOSBox. I have also tried running the XP version in XP mode but that really did not work for me. I cannot get the game started in DOSBox. I remember most of my MSDOS commands but DOSBox seems a little different. The DOSBox website hasn't been much help so far. Can anyone point me toward some help? |

Posted in reply to Richard Davis | P.S. If anybody is interested, I updated the D version of empire to uses curses and a recent version of D. I run it on my Mac in a terminal window. Still needs some work with things like help but it will still make you forget to go to sleep. |
