Is there any benchmark about mecca fibril vs druntime fiber ?

And mecca fibril only for linux x64, is it possible to add maxOS and windows, arm/aarch64 for mecca fibril ?

It already works for macOS. Windows would be quite difficult since the Posix APIs are used all over the place.
