Hello

Why isn't the compiler cd available at amazon or other online traders. I'm interested in getting the cd, but i don't have a credit card, so it's not possible for me to order one.

I have had the CD on ebay.com and amazon.com for a long time...

Good question. I mailed Jeff Bezos a CD with a suggestion they add it to their lineup, but so far, he hasn't replied.

I suggest you accept Euro cash money as US$.
Euro is a big part of world money now.
