Hello Matthew,
A discussion about the licensing of two modules you contributed to D's Phobos lib has sprung up on the D newsgroup.  The modules are std.loader and std.windows.registry.

Have you agreed to make those files available under a license other than the Synesis Software Standard Source License, and if so which license? It seems to be the understanding of the GDC team that you have; however Walter is unaware of any such agreement, and no one (as of yet) can find a public statement from you stating that you approve of a license change.

A clarification from you would very much be appreciated.
