I would just like to say that I like having the grammar there.  It helps me see the relations in the syntax.  And I thought there were enough syntax examples.

Sure but when people click on a link and weird grammar definitions are the only thing that's on the screen they're likely to think "that's not what I looked for" and try other pages.

For sure. I think there should be both.
