Why? Simply deleting the tag and probably redoing branches would work too.
It only requires to hard sync the local git repositories. Only a small number of devs works with the 2.065 branches and we can easily post the correct git commands.

Looks like we're going that way.

@Martin, all outstanding pull requests for vagrant have been merged (thanks Walter). Are there any other issues blocking you progress on the automated build? I was not able to build create_dmd_release from your fork. See item number 4 at http://forum.dlang.org/post/52D3BACA.8080708@gmail.com. I vaguely remember there being a fix submitted for it some time ago but could not locate it. Anyway, we need to move forward with this so if there is something else blocking you please identify them.

Andrew

Thanks for the swift response. I did some more scanning and came across these. They are also aimed at automating the build process and the 2.065 release. Extra vigilance int reviewing and merging them is appreciated.

How do I get the following file uploaded to http://downloads.dlang.org/other/? It is required for pull request #35 which was merged earlier today.

     http://d.darktech.org/libcurl-7.34.0-WinSSL-zlib-x86-x64.zip

Thanks,

We'll learn how to rein in our release process better. This skip is in the same category as "my git repo got in an odd state, let me re-clone and cp stuff into it".

Currently, you don't. I do. It's there now.

Either we need to rename the directory or modify the make file to skip model identification for osx. Offending line is 649 of posix.mak which reads "cp ../ini/$(OS)/bin$(MODEL)/dmd.conf $(INSTALL_DIR)/bin/dmd.conf".

The most appropriate solution is to modify the makefile. On Mac OS X only a 64bit binary (or universal binary) is released. Not need for having the model in the directory name.

Care to do the honors and fix posix.mak?
