Hi folks, I recall we've had good pent-up work accumulating for GSoC 2016 and there was a lot of initiative from Craig Dillabaugh and others. Here it is!

I will try and get the GSOC 2016 Idea's page up in the next few weeks.  It will likely look a lot like the 2015 page.  Then I will start harassing you all for ideas.
