This changes the Proxy structure to be an interface, makes all GC implementations classes that inherit from that interface, and extends the RT configurations to allow GC's to be selectable before the program starts. A secondary GC implementation was added based on gc_stub. This implementation allows memory to be managed in a manual style using 'new' and ;delete' instead of relying on collections.
