Hi there

Can anyone tell me if the following  is the same version that is the "NEW"
version @ digitalmars.
On the download URL all it states is 8.34

 C:\Documents and Settings\phillbert>scppn
Digital Mars C/C++ Compiler Version 8.34.12n
Copyright (C) Digital Mars 2000-2003.  All Rights Reserved.

I believe that's the correct 8.34 version.

You should be aware that 8.35 beta is available as well.
