STLSoft v1.6.5 is released, incorporating several minor fixes and enhancements.

This _should_ be the final release before 1.7.1 (although I've been saying
that for 2 months!).

It is available for download now from http://stlsoft.org/, and will be included with Digital Mars C/C++ 8.35, which is to be released shortly.
