SciTE DMC++ display glitches

I built SciTE with DMC++.  Works great, but there were display glitches that do not occur with other compilers. When I resize the window, some "dirt" tends to collect and does not get invalidated.  To show what I mean (link will remain active for at least a few weeks):

Any idea what might cause that?  I doubt it is a code generation problem, since I can't think how that would affect anything.

Do you mean dirty line below menu? AFAIK it's kind of Windows bug visible within builds of other compilers as well.

It doesn't occur in the MinGW, BCC, or MSVC builds; that's all I know.
