from the looks of it meetup is about finding people interested in D to organize times and places to ... meet ... up. So anyone and everyone can take part. I just signed up (I think).

Come to Helsinki!

I think there are a few guys here from the Helsinki area, and somebody from Stockholm. Chances are we'll actually have a meeting in downtown Helsinki.

Have you thought about visiting Australia?

I can guarantee our streets are free of polar bears, and the koalas hardly ever attack :)
