I will have to amend my testcase as this particular one seems to fail even with
the pool reverted.
That means the pool is not the only issue, but certainly one of the
contributing factors.

I cannot reproduce this. Running the script yields: "app.d-mixin-15(24,1): Deprecation: use `{ }` for an empty statement, not `;`". No segfault.
