Found while attempting to reduce bug 5932. This works on 2.053 and earlier, fails on 2.054 and 2.055.

void receive(T)( T x ) {
    static assert(0);
    get( x );
}

void get(T)( T vals ) {
    void onStandardMsg() {  }
}

static assert(!is(typeof(
    {
        receive(3);
    }()
)));

Assertion failure: 'semanticRun == PASSsemantic3done' on line 581 in file
'glue.
c'

Seems to be related to template parameter deduction, since it compiles without
error if you change
  get(x);
into
  get!(T)(x);
