I am just a new D user/programer and I was wondering if there
is a need for a D binding for the Imagemagick library or did already someone
begin to code it ?

Since nobody else has answered you...

As far as I know there is currently no D binding for the Imagemagick library.  You may as well have a go at it if you want to.  It shouldn't be that difficult.  You might even try submitting it as a project at www.dsource.org.
