help...would anyone like to give me step by step instructions on how to compile my app with the IDDE? have my source and was told it could be re-compiled with DM, i have the idde and program but am a noob and need my hand held for this. Can anyone help me, please?

If your program is programmed in D, your first problem is that the IDDE don't handle D. (And you are asking in the wrong group).
If your program is programmed in C/C++, your question is asked in the wrong group.
Try c++.idde at news.digitalmars.com
