Now that the Final Review of  DIP 1018, "The Copy Constructor", is complete with no critical issues raised, the DIP has been moved back to the "Accepted" state.

Thanks to everyone who provided feedback in the robust discussions the handling of this DIP motivated. We're considering how to balance the different perspectives on how the DIP process should work, but if any changes do come, please don't expect them before DConf.
