Apparently a good way to get public eye attention to a programming language is to write malware in it. :^)

I noticed that as well.

In Go's case, it might be enough to have Google's blessing, but who knows.

Paulo, I recall you're a participant in both Go and D communities, and I think we could learn a lot from them (and by transitivity, you). Are there things, for example, that work well for them that we should also do? Any insight would be appreciated.
