Since DSource is down right now, I figured I would put this here for the time being. CashewUtils.array is up to version 0.9.0 now... sheesh, I know.  It includes the .drop()/.dropIf()/.dropRange() functions, implemented around memmove() for speed.  And a few other little things here and there, like CashewUtils.utest to generalize Cashew's unittesting.  Unfortunately DDoc is still barfing on function templates... *sigh*
