I think I solved this before but I'm not sure if it was a dream or what:

In cmd console (Windows) I do:
chcp 65001
Then I run some D program that executes some writefln("...á..."); (accented
characters in the string).
After printing that line, stdout jams and Ctrl-C is the only way out :(
