I know from experience that "hwo" is not the only one feeling confused about issues like this. It is great to point the users to solutions (like changelog.html), but please also fix the overall problems (in this case that would be no information on dcompiler.html about the version you are about to download, lack of a more prominent link on the same page to the changelog, etc).
