I am sorry, I didn't mean to be mean.
Poorly written reference material is one of many pet peeves of mine.
When I review the book I will keep in mind that it is a first edition and that
dmd and tango are still in flux sort of.

I am willing to try.
I can probably write the installation part if it is still missing. However I do
think I have used it enough to be of much help since I am still trying
to learn to tango.
