"harried" can be translated as busy or harassed (as in by more projects than you have time for).
In that regards, yes Walter is very harried

Since a programming language needs a run-time to be used and Tango seems
very successful in the D community, I wonder - does Sean, Kris or Lars
have beards?
In the same line of thought, does Andrei have a beard?
_Note_: this is not said to start yet another flame war, but rather to looking at this from a less serious perspective, so *please* don't take this to mean something more then it meant to be.
