As I'm just 4 hours away from my 40th birthday party, and I've got to finish the music, the pictures, and go to the gym one last
time, I think the release of this'll have to wait.

But all that was required was the latest STLSoft, plus a small change to b64, a small enhancement to xTests, and a couple of mods in
the Pantheios headers. I'm really amazed!

(Of course, it's still using the "non-safe" string library. That'll take a bit more effort, so I'll save that for a future release.)
