Attached is a diff against gdc-0.8, it fixes:

1) HTML tag case sensitivity
2) Mac line ending (HTML only)
3) named HTML entities
4) numeric HTML entities
5) allowed codepoint range for HTML

It incorporates Anders F Bjoerklund's "tag space" fix.

An extentsion to the old patch:

6) fixed error message for named entities
7) speed up for named entity lookup
      (not the fastest solution, but working...)
8) resolves http://svn.kuehne.cn/dstress/run/xhtml_tag_01.html
