The third beta version of the BDE is now available to download
for GNU/Linux/Windows:

* Installer
* Windows XP supported

Both versions:

* Check for forbidden characters in names is applied
* Text editor now properly handles source file encoding,
  detects format by BOM(Byte Order Mark)
* Command line interface
