I wish you'd announce the time a bit in advance. :)

I don't want to announce a time, because I don't know what time it can be started. I'm in the US, so I'm usually asleep when it's started.

But I do try to announce 2 weeks before and then 2 days before.

It might just be my browser (Chrome) but I've noticed that there's nothing in the events calendar (https://dlang.org/calendar.html). Wouldn't it be helpful to include these sorts of things in the calendar so that people visiting the site would be aware of them?

The empty calendar gives the impression that it is broken or that there are no events at all. If there is technical maintenance required even a simple list of event titles, dates, times and locations would suffice.

I don't think anyone involved in organizing BeerConf knew that was there. That's the first I've seen it.

It is broken. I get a big old 400 error from google:

  1. That’s an error.

The server cannot process the request because it is malformed. It should not be retried. That’s all we know.

Like Mike, I was not aware of the calendar existing.
