For example I just wanted to add callOnce. This was factored out from a change that loads curl at runtime.

Come on, this PR has been there for less than a week and is not even trivial one. In the meanwhile your input is blocking http://forum.dlang.org/thread/deltfarxxzxtswuayksy@forum.dlang.org and is has been there for really long time
