I just arrived home after 4 days of little sleep and dawn to late night talking with fellow D-heads. And the conference was ...

!!AWESOME!!

.. It exceeded my highest hopes. Basically, I had a grand time, and I hope you guys did, too. The excitement at the conference was palpable. Anyone needing help was deluged with offers, many hatchets got buried (amazing how meeting the real person behind an online persona does that!), many new friends made and collaborations formed, rvalue references resolved, and lots was learned from the variety and depth of the presentations.

I want to shout out to Facebook for hosting and providing smooth and well-oiled conference logistics (and great food & gallons of coffee!), Sociomantic's and Remedy's and Andrew Edwards' generous sponsorship along with the many other kickstarters, without whom this conference would not have been possible.

And, of course, thanks to our speakers who packed 3 days wall to wall with high quality talks. Other conferences I've attended tended to fade away the last day, but this one ran at full power right to the end. Thanks to our attendees for making it worthwhile for the speakers to come. Many of the speakers were first timers, and were treated to a most friendly and eager audience.

Yes, the talks were recorded and will be made available online. We hope to get some photos up soon, too.

We'll definitely be doing one next year, so start roughing out your presentations now!

Congratulations on the conference. Am very much looking forward to watching all the session recordings. :)

Looking forward to the recordings.
What is the strategy adopted for rvalue references?

Expected no less from this wonderful group of people, but sounds like it turned out even better than we could have imagined. Congratulations to all and here's looking forwards to all the presentation videos! :-)

Even reading random quotes in twitter #dconf feed was enough to understand this conference has totally rocked :)

Can't wait to see the conferences videos! Are there any release dates and web location where to find them once released?

I can hardly wait to read your solution to rvalue references. :)
