I've just created https://github.com/D-Programming-Language/dlang.org/pull/767 and built the entire dlang.org with it in tow. Please review and pull.

Now looking through the source of the generate html sources it's easy to see where the undefined macros are being used, and clean up and debug them.

It would be great if a lieutenant got on this.
