I wanted to reproduce a Webpack feature of not working on Monday. I feel this should be enough:

```
int main(string[]) {
        import std.datetime;
        static assert(Date.fromSimpleString(__DATE__).dayOfWeek !=
DayOfWeek.mon);
        return 0;
}
```

Instead there's an error:
