I would like to take a part in development of D programming language or Phobos library.
I opened bugtracker and found some bugs that i could to fix.
Maybe I should read something (specifically for development) or you can give me some advice before i create first pull request? Thanks

There's not really anything to read (I certainly haven't read anything).

Just fork the relevant project on github, fix the bug, and create the pull request.

Is there anything in particular that you wanted to know?
