Regarding publicity, it will be beneficial if we could get D books featured among ACCU book reviews. Astrid Byro posted Programming in D for review but I don't think there were any takers (the following link is for ACCU members only):

Perhaps you can influence some people at ACCU to review that and other D books. :)

I failed to volunteer for this for two reasons:

1. I am biased, and so would the review be.

2. Until 2016-01, I haven't really had the time to read anything, too busy writing and presenting.
