Using: v2.072.1

test.d:
-----
module test;
void main() { }
-----

# first time is ok
$ rdmd test.d
>

# second run added -of switch
$ rdmd -oftest2.exe test.d
> OPTLINK (R) for Win32  Release 8.00.17
> Copyright (C) Digital Mars 1989-2013  All rights reserved.

Workaround is to use --force to rebuild.

I'm not entirely too sure but I think this may be a regression.
