DConf 2015 got a couple of lightning talk proposals. We obviously need a few of those to consolidate them into a session. Any more takers? -- Andrei

Let people sign up to do them at the conference. This management approach to lightening talks works well for PyConUK and ACCU. I am sure it works for others, but these are the two I know.
