I noticed a lot of solo game devs on the discord, but few (if any) finished games. So would like to focus on a group project since I tend to get focused on rabbit holes and it's just a big task to finish a video game from scratch. But there don't seem to be any groups around.

God help us all, I may have to be a leader and start a project.

Who would be interested in making a game like "vampire survivors", but with more movement options; with raylib

If you just want to make and actually finish a game try participating in a game jam (solo or group, whatever fits you best) - imo this is the best way to get a basic game done, though of course it's smaller in scope.

Sample games I made with D or Godot in previous game jams: (Godot in most team jams cuz it's easiest to get into)

I don't think joining with randoms without a shared vision is gonna bear fruit, though you might have luck and might find some here who are motivated and bring in ideas for the same game idea you have.
